Our core business is detecting, identifying and deactivating fraudulent websites 24 hours a day, 365 days a year while delivering excellent service to our clients. As an Internet Fraud Analyst, you will be operating on the front line against this Internet crime.  Located in downtown Tacoma, Washington, we are a high-tech employer of choice for the South Puget Sound region.

Essential duties include:

· Identifying, analyzing, and categorizing fraudulent web sites

· Investigating and determining legitimacy of DNS and BGP changes

· Contacting Internet Service Provider staffs worldwide to prompt immediate action to end network abuse and remove criminal web sites

· Collaborating with other team members to achieve team objectives and manage projects

· Communicating with customers to provide informational updates and deliver exceptional service quality

Requirements:

· Associates or Bachelors degree

· 3+ years work experience. Call center, user support/help desk or ISP abuse desk experience preferred

· Strong Internet browsing experience. Familiarity and proficiency with DNS, IP addressing, and ISP operations preferred

· Ability to type at minimum 30 WPM average speed

· Conscientious attitude and dependability, strengths in teamwork and communication

· Attention to detail, and desire to complete work accurately and quickly

· Creative approach to problem solving

· Fluency in Korean, Spanish, French and/or other foreign languages a plus
