Fraud Analyst

Job Description

Internet Identity is seeking Fraud Analysts to join our team. As a Fraud Analyst, you will be operating on the front line against Internet crime, identifying fraudulent activity and taking steps to have it removed from the Internet.

Essential duties include:

* Identifying and analyzing malicious web sites
* Contacting Internet Service Provider staffs worldwide to prompt immediate action to end network abuse and remove criminal web sites
* Collaborating with other team members to achieve team objectives and manage projects
* Communicating with customers to provide informational updates and deliver exceptional service quality

Requirements:

* Associates or Bachelors degree
* Conscientious attitude and dependability
* Attention to detail, and desire to complete work accurately and quickly
* Strong Internet browsing experience. Familiarity and comfort with DNS, IP addressing, and ISP operations preferred
* Creative approach to problem-solving a big plus
* Fluency in Korean, Mandarin, Russian and/or other foreign languages a big plus
* CCNA/MCSE/CISSP track candidates welcome

Potential for rapid advancement to a Senior Analyst position (12-18 months). Typical work weeks consist of 4 10-hour shifts. Opportunities for day, evening and night shifts are available.
