New STOP. THINK. CONNECT. videos from Microsoft
Clients sometimes ask us for user education materials and best practices in this arena. Obviously there is a wealth of material out there, though it can be a tricky balance to educate and inform while captivating users at the same time (throwing paragraphs and paragraphs of dry text at users is less effective). One of the better edu-tainment efforts currently out there the NCSA's "Stop. Think. Connect." campaign.
IID invites you to check out these videos or any of the wealth of material and resources sponsored by the NCSA and Microsoft. More importantly, get involved in their efforts.
